Energy Savings
Clear-Flex II Strip Door saves you energy costs by reducing the amount of heated or cooled air lost through your unprotected opening. Superior design features, like rounded edges to prevent cutting and concaveness to promote tight sealing, assure maximum efficiency and safety. Our special fabrication process keeps the strips hanging straight without warping, even under temperature extremes.

Dust Control
The Clear-Flex II Strip Door's sealing properties prevent the movement of dust, dirt and other contaminants from one area to another. This helps reduce overall clean-up costs in the plant.

Noise Reduction
ALECO strip doors and curtains provide a virtually unbreakable sound barrier. Tests by an independent testing laboratory have confirmed that Clear-Flex II Strip Doors significantly reduce the transmission of sound. Researchers assigned our products a sound transmission rating of Class 13.

Special Safety Strips
Clear-Flex II Strip Doors are supplied with special bright orange safety strips. These strips, when hung at the extreme right and left of the Clear-Flex II Strip Door, clearly mark the throughways to help prevent accidents. The safety strips are provided at no extra charge. (NOTE: Safety Strips are not USDA-approved; therefore, unless specified, they are not supplied when USDA materials are ordered.)

Minimal Maintenance
Maintenance is minimal with the Clear-Flex II Strip Door. An occasional application of our exclusive Vinyl Strip Cleaner is usually all that is required. Dilute as required for cleaning tasks, but generally three (3) parts water to one (1) part cleaner is sufficient. Apply by hand (protective gloves recommended) with a soft cloth or use in conventional steam cleaning equipment.

Clear-Flex II™ Strip Door
	Standard Formulated for indoor/outdoor applications, withstanding temperatures from -10°F to 150°F. Our most versatile material. Will not discolor in sun light. Available in smooth and ribbed.
	USDA/Low-Temp Formulated with USDA-approved ingredients. For interior applications only. Recommended for cooler/freezer applications. Meets requirements for food service operations. Remains flexible in temperatures as low as -40° F. Available in smooth and ribbed.
	USDA/Low-Temp Reinforced Utilizes nylon string extruded within the material to prevent elongation or shrinkage of material due to temperature variations. For interior applications only. Formulated with only USDA-approved ingredients. Remains flexible in temperatures as low as -40°F. Best for cooler/freezer applications.
	Dark Amber Use for welding screen applications or as a partial sight barrier. Available in smooth only.
	Opaque Black only. Use for conveyor opening curtains or as a total sight barrier between areas. Not recommended for areas where any motorized traffic might be present. Available in smooth only.
	Anti-Static Light green tint for identification. Reduces static electricity from objects or persons, dissipating it back into the atmosphere. For use in clean rooms, computer component assembly areas, etc. User should determine suitability of this product for its intended use. Available in smooth only.
	Ambertech™ Anti-Insect and Anti-Glare. Restricts flying insects' ability to detect attracting light and heat. Also reduces blinding daytime glare. Available in smooth and ribbed.
	Opticolor™ Three transparent colors to liven up the work-place, designate entranceways, or just match corporate colors — Opti-Blue, Green and Beige. Available in smooth or ribbed.
	Ribbed Offset ribbed material reduces scratching and abrasions from heavy use, lasts longer and provides a stronger seal than smooth material. Available in standard, USDA/Low-Temp, Ambertech and Opticolor.

Safe/Vue™ Portable Screens, Sliding Partitions and Custom Enclosures
	Portable Screens Safe/Vue™ Screens yellow, aztec orange and green 16 mil PVC helps eliminate harmful ultraviolet ray levels generally associated with welding areas. The control of sparks, airborne dust, grit and debris, as well as noise reduction are among many other benefits obtained when our clear PVC Screen (not recommended for welding applications) is utilized. Lightweight, yet durable, easily assembled frames allow for quick movement from one area to another or various configurations of multiple screens using Aleco's optional swing hinges. The addition of optional casters offers even more mobility.
	Sliding Partitions Safe/Vue™ Sliding Partitions allow the industrial workplace maximum control over dust, noise and other hazards in laboratory and industrial settings. A controlled environment such as a welding shop, machine shop or assembly area is a safe environment. Partitions are manufactured to your order specifications. A variety of colors are available which allow for custom configurations. An example would be a red upper section, clear mid-portion and a yellow lower section. Safe/Vue™ Sliding Partitions are also available in complete units of one type or color material, such as an entire unit of clear PVC material to control flying debris or an entire unit of Aztec Orange for optimal viewing in a welding application. Our suspension system allows for easy installation and utilization of the partition. Hang by threaded rod or chain from your existing beam or simply attach to the beam itself. Safe/Vue™ Partitions meet Federal Standard 191.
	Custom Enclosures Safe/Vue™ Custom Enclosures are the perfect solution for controlling ultraviolet rays, noise, dust or sparks in welding and machine shops. Individual strips allow easy access at any point throughout the enclosure. A variety of colors and thicknesses are available in semi-transparent PVC which allow supervisors to monitor the activity and the safety of the worker inside the enclosure.
